Generalist Leaders was founded by Yoshi De Schrijver, a digital creator, marketer, and systems thinker with a passion for interdisciplinary learning.
Throughout his career, Yoshi explored multiple fields including design, digital marketing, automation, AI workflows, and business strategy. This experience reinforced a simple realization: Some of the most powerful insights emerge when different disciplines intersect. Driven by curiosity and a belief in lifelong learning, Yoshi created Generalist Leaders as a platform to explore ideas around leverage, productivity, AI, and the future of work.
